These Terms of Service govern your use of VideoCensor. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

VideoCensor is an online service for automatic detection and censoring of profanity in video and audio files. The Service is provided "as is" and free of charge, without any guarantees of results.

2. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Upload only files you have legal rights to
• Not use the Service for processing illegal content
• Not attempt to bypass technical limitations or disrupt the Service
• Not use automated tools (bots, scripts) for bulk requests

3. Limitations

The Service has the following limitations:

• Maximum file size — 2 GB
• Processed results are available for a limited time
• Recognition accuracy depends on audio quality and is not guaranteed at 100%
• We reserve the right to limit the number of processing jobs per user

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to uploaded files. Processed files belong to you. However:

• The VideoCensor service, including code, design, and brand, is our intellectual property
• You do not receive any licenses to the Service's software
• Copying, decompiling, or reverse engineering the Service is prohibited

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or 100% censoring accuracy.

We are not liable for any damages, including loss of data, lost profits, reputational harm, or any indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

6. User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to upload files containing malicious code and not to violate the rights of third parties.

You agree to indemnify us against any losses, claims, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without prior notice in case of Terms violation, abuse, or other justified reasons.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved in courts at the location of the Service owner.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
